Is this an automatic car wash or hand wash?

Keystone offers both services! If the client is interested in a hand wash, we can then accommodate this request however it is much more labor intensive, and detailed which will take longer!

How large of a vehicle can Keystone accommodate?

Keystone has the ability to accommodate Trucks as big as Dually’s; F250 trucks with a lift no larger than 7’ 5”, and cargo van’s no taller than 7’5”. However it is critical that the client know Keystone Attendants must be on site and assist with these size vehicles.

Do I need an appointment to get my oversized vehicle washed?

Yes, please call ahead so that we can let you know if our larger washing bay is available! You can also show up between the hours of 9am-5pm when Keystone is attended Monday thru Saturday (Weather Permitting).

I go off-roading in my dually, can Keystone deal with caked mud?

Caked mud can be cleaned at Keystone, however must happen while an attendant is on site and prior to the touchless machine wash cycle.

Does Keystone clean the bed of the truck as well?

Keystone has a power hose that is used to prep the vehicle before entering the touchless machine wash cycle. The bed of the truck can be power hosed upon request of the client.

What about wheel wells? Do those get any attention?

Wheel Wells will get attention in the prep wash cycle by an attendant with Keystone’s power hose. However this is only offered from the wash selection by the client.

My interior could use some tidying up too, does Keystone provide interior detailing services for larger vehicles?

My commercial vehicle is wrapped with custom graphics, is the vinyl wrap safe during a wash?

Keystone does offer fleet accounts that offer a discount for pre-paid bulk washes.

"I called on a Saturday, looking to get a cleaning in the short future. I had just bought a goat and was unprepared with a crate at the time, so I had to stuff the goat inside the truck while I waited for crates to be sold. The goat was all over the the inside of truck and went to the bathroom everywhere in a short amount of time… so the truck needed help! They let me drop off the truck and they got to it when the weather was agreeable, a few days later, and they did an amazing job. We had a previous guy detail the truck for us and he was unable to get out the stains from my husbands mechanic job from his pants rubbing the cloth seats, but these guys were even able to get those stains out. Would definitely recommend these guys!"
